Go into settings then sound now click on Device properties then turn of spatial sound.

If this doesn't work for you then good luck.

I tried literally everything I could find online. Drivers, audio inputs, updating AND rolling back versions, disabling/re-enabling mods, reinstalling. Nothing worked. But for SOME reason THIS was the fix that worked.
Never underestimate random steam guide's information.
