Characters Can Leave You 1.0

Description
1.0 Hunger. If you aren't feeding your faction members, they'll talk to other factions and theres a small chance of them abandoning you for food. This applies to non-special recruits (unless, like characters such as Stubs Momuso, he may have a non-special recruit package, which means he may decide to leave). Keep your characters fed!

Future Update: I may mix the personality and squad abandonment together - what if you turn on the Flotsam Ninjas and you have a former Flotsam Ninja in your group? I think they'd probably be torn, and there'd be consequences - as an example.

Note: I had posed the possibility of traitors who can switch to other factions mid conflict - this is not possible due to how the dialogue packages work (they only contain "I See Enemy Player," which prevents the direct addition of player reactions to enemy NPC's). To try and do the reverse would only add an enemy to your squad, which is the opposite of the desired effect, since there is an effect called, "Join Fast," which adds an NPC to your squad (or other squads in this case).

What is possible is a personality tag on a character who will at some point leave your squad randomly. I have not decided whether this is ideal - but it does make you go through a probation phase where the character receives offers from other factions. Let me know your opinion on that.

Would be funny if you could re-purpose the limbs AI of bonedogs into a kind of flight response or angry mood swing that makes them harder to control when characters get too injured or hungry on top of this.

@Shek Supremacist, have any suggestions? I'm not currently working on this mod.

I noticed something in my game, but I don't know if there's a fix. Characters can be "starving" still after eating food (recovery, which still makes them susceptible to leaving your faction). I don't think there's a way for the game to check if you've eaten. Will look into it.

@Thebestwehave Thanks.

Fascinating concept that I'm surprised is possible - even slightly - in the code. I toyed with this idea once after I discovered it wasn't already a possibility in the vanilla game. I was always shocked that it couldn't already happen due to the personality "maniacal" existing. If Kenshi ever gets properly remade and fixed, it should definitely be a fleshed out possibility. As in, Kenshi is just too buggy and unreliable, but I wish you luck with your mod!

@Salty Oreos No shit lol, I mean exactly what state of hunger, -100, -90, is it below a certain value for a time? Random chance is what %, what personalities can trigger it?

Sorry, it's simply the "starving" state. Most factions are "targets" and its a constant low level timer that repeats. You probably have time to get in and out of a town with losing no one, but you never know. Maybe "carry" them if you're worried. Hmm.

According to the description, low hunger

Could you possibly throw together some sort of guide letting us know what triggers a squadmate leaving? I'd love to try this but many of my 60+ toons are not special recruits and I'd hate to lose them due to ignorance lol.
