It turns out my realism movement mod I think is breaking crouch sprint right now anyway, so I am going to uninstall this for now and go a different direction with my realism movement. I am thinking of looking for a crouch toggle mod since I hate holding crouch for example, there's a SOCOM style crouch stance toggle mod out there I wanna try for this purpose.

Trying to see if i can create a .lua file and put it in there in my autorun, client folder to see if I can get that to run automatically without a keybind. Gonna test that. Otherwise I will think about trying the bind after.

if you want to disable the notifies, create a bind with following command

"lua_run Entity(1).gothint = true"
this one is for ladders
"lua_run Entity(1).gothint2 = true"
