The original mod is Wasteland Citizens Replace Refugees [gamebanana.com]
The map is gm_wasteland
This model is not mine, it was made by user "reCAPTCHA" on GameBanana.

These replace the citizen model (I am unsure if they replace the playermodel version, I don't see why they would.)
