Weather Gage v0.12

Description
This is a playable prototype of Weather Gage (v0.12), a 2-player naval tactics game. Let me know if you have feedback!

I added a "weather effects" deck to add a bit of variety and unpredictability. I recommend shuffling the weather deck before playing, and don't forget to reveal new weather cards between turns.

The starting ships have slightly different stats now. This really only affects the first couple of turns, but it forces some interesting choices early in the match.

Hey man! super cool game played it with a couple of friends and we really enjoyed it. Would be very interested in a link to a physical version or a pdf for printing or anything really. in terms of constructive feedback the evade/pursue being linked to sailing works really well as does the various cannon options, repair might need some small buff maybe option +1/2 to a stat??

but as i said all round amazing x :britishcaptain:
