Intro
Hey guys!
I made this guide to talk about the three lunchbox items the heavy has to offer.

Firstly, there's the good old Sandvich. Probably everyones favorite.

Second, there's the Buffalo Steak. Sometimes used for Heavy Boxing, But can be used to simply get around.

lastly, the Dalokohs Bar. It Deserves a lot more love. I mean it's chocolate.

ok, now that were done with that, lets get down to the heavy buisness.
(haha, bad pun)

The Sandvich

ahh, the Sandvich.

So this is the first, and probably most used, and useful lunchbox item.
(sorry Dalokohs Bar and Buffalo Steak)

Here are some stats about it i got off the wiki:

Healing amount 300 / 50% of max health

Function times
Consumption time 4.3 s
Recharge time 30 s / Instantly
Dropped item expiry 30 s

To some that up, it heals all your health in 4.3 seconds, and can be dropped to heal your teamates.
When it's dropped, it heals the same as a medium medpack, and if the player picks it up, it just regens his sandvich, and does not heal him.

Weapon Pairing:

Minigun: Any

Melee: Any

My thoughts on it:

Personally, I don't use it too often, (just 'cause I like to be a hipster)
but, it's probably the best lunch box item.
When I use it, I pair it with the default minigun, and the KGB.

here's a weapon demonstration:
The Buffalo Steak
Secondly, Theres the Buffalo Steak.

This is an item normally used for heavy boxing, (or what ever you want to call it.)
but can be used for getting around, since it gives you a speed buff, along with melee minicrits.

Here are the stats from the wiki:

Effect: The user has increased movement speed by 35%,
gives mini-crits, takes 25% more damage
and is restricted to melee weapons only.

Healing amount: 50% of max health
Consumption time: 4.3 s
Recharge time: 30 s / Instantly if picked up
Effect duration: 15 s
Dropped item expiration time: 30 s

Basically to sum that up, when you eat it, your attacks mini crit, and you take 25% more damage. You also walk 35% faster, and you are restricted to only melee weapons. It can be dropped, just like the sandvich, and heals your teammates equivalent to a medium health kit.

Things to Equip it with:

Minigun: Any

Melee: probably not default, unless its a reskin and your running around hamming the hell out of people. Same with the GRU, because it does less damage, and marks you for death on top of the 25% damage vaulnerability. But, it sure makes you hella fast. Anyway, anything besides those work great.

My thoughts on it:
I personally love the Buffalo steak, but think it's very circumstancial. I usually don't equip it unless I'm running around with the KGB and seeing how many unsuspecting scrubs I can crit, before I get killed. It's a ton of fun to mess around with though.

here's a weapon demonstration:
Dalokohs Bar
Lastly, The dalokohs bar.

I saved the best (In my opinion) for last.

Now most people probably don't like this delicous chocolate bar. That's just another reason for me to love it. I can't begin to explain how much I love it. I had a fishcake on my main, that I crafted myself, but my main was hacked into, taken over, and stolen. long story.

Here are the stats from the wiki:

Effect Adds +50 max health for 30 seconds

Healing amount 100
Consumption time 4.3 s
Effect duration 30 s

Basically, it boosts your max health to 350 for 30 seconds, it heals 100 health, and it doesn't need to regen. that means that if you have over 50 health you can eat it 3 times (12.9 seconds) and get full, 350 health. if you have under 50 health, then it takes 4 times eaten (17.2 seconds). It seems sort of over powered at first, (or at least to me it did) but the fact of it is, it that you have to spend 17 seconds off the battlefield just to get your health to full, which is about as much as respawn time on most maps.

Weapon Pairing:

Minigun: default works just fine, and brass beast is great, if you want to be a total heavy tank. The only thing I probably wouldn't equip it with is the Huo-Long Heater. I would probably use a shotgun with that one.

Melee: Any

Personal thoughts:

This is my favorite lunchbox item (as I've said, probably like a million times). I usually use it whenever I use the Natacha, so I have a little more health to tank.

Outro
Omg I went 3 days straight without food and skipped school to make this plz rate 5 stars!!!111

just kidding, only took me about 3 hours.

Thanks for reading this. This was my first guide, and I'd like some tips / things I need to do better in the comments. Tell me if you like what I'm putting out, or give me ideas on what I should do next. I'm completely open to suggestions.

also, feel free to add me on steam. My alt account (this one) Is in serious need of a couple friends.

By the way, my main account was hacked, and taken over, so before you look at my profile and see that I only have fifty hours on tf2 (if that), don't go into the comments immeadiatly and say something along the lines of "0MFG tHIS n00b is a tOATLE sCRUBB". know that I have 1000+ hours on tf2.

again thanks! and happy sandvich consuming (and Steak. Oh, and don't forget the Dalokohs bar!) to all!
