  • So much room for activities!
  • Tons of containers
  • Workbenches for all major crafts
  • Vendor with 30k gold
  • Room for youngins (check the 'Recommended Mods' discussion for Hearthfire integration)
Distillery
  • Create 20 different brews, all with different (and mostly useful) effects!
  • Need to jump higher? Increase carry weight? Increase two-handed while being cloaked in flame? There's a brew for that.
Library
  • Display cases for days -- now with weapon rack activators!
  • Bookshelves with activators -- Room for approximately 4,096 books!
  • Mannequins that may or may not belong in 'Five Nights at Freddy's' (check Recommended Mods for a fix)
  • A large 'Gem Repository' to do something with those several hundred amethysts you have laying around

Nice player home. This is my favorite and I think I have looked at them all in my 1600 hrs. of playing time.

I think a quest would be good for this house i have yet to go to it but from the screen shots it looks amazing maybe a quest to earn the home would be good like the owner of the houses asks you to go kill some bandits and the bandit leader isnt there and takes revenge by killing the owner of the house you have a fierce battle with some bandits and the leader and the ownner leaves the house to you or something i dunno just an idea :-)
