[REP] Better Main Menu

What originally started as a standalone version of the Repentance Plus main menu ended up as an attempt to make the menu great.

This mod improves (or tries to) the main menu of TBoI Repentance by adding more details.

This is a mix of 4 different mods that just fit together and let to the creation of this.

I've modified the portrait of T.Eden too, to be better, but if you don't like it you can change it from the mod files.
You can top this off with a mod that changes the fly on the menu, like the psy fly one. But I will let you do that yourself.
