I don't play the game anymore and lost interest in maintaining the mod so this won't be updated anymore.

Modifies 3 properties in fog_of_war.setting that effectively hide clouds, cloud shadows and the fog of war effect on the map.

Using 1.5.3 beta fog_of_war.setting file.

There's already a few mods that does this around but made one for myself that I will try to maintain.
