1:1 Scale Pullman U.S. Car. No. 1 (Ferdinand Magellan)


Some History
- - The Pullman Company, Founded by George Pullman, known for its luxury rail cars of the 19th century, was contracted by the United States in 1928 to design a private rail car for President Franklin D. Roosevelt. The car was protected with 5⁄8 inch (16 mm) armor plate on the sides, top, bottom and ends. Later the windows were replaced with sealed 3-inch-thick (7.6 cm) 12-ply laminated bullet resistant glass. It also fitted then unfitted with a wheelchair elevator for Roosevelt. The Presidents who rode in the Ferdinand Magellan includes: Ronald Reagan, Dwight D. Eisenhower and famously Harry Truman who held up a misprint of his defeat in the election against Dewey.


Vehicle Information
- - The Ferdinand Magellan has working Air brakes (Max is 105 Atm), Ice Box A/C (Lasts 7.87 hours), Secret escape hatches and countless hours of details, research/more research. Must be spawned manually or with a edited workshop, everything else very straight forward. If you find anything that needs a good change just let me know in the comments!

@mg Literally have zero clue, tried to find out myself found nothing but Wikipedia calling it "a special locomotive" I would create it if I knew what it was but ive found nothing on it, if anyone else could find it I would be happy to make it

I actually did 2 hours of research and discovered that the one behind the FM was the Conneaut sleeper car, I have decided I will create that one and any more I can find. Do note that I could barely find any details on any of the other rail cars that rode with the FM so the rail cars could just be limited to 2

i would really like that because the car looks outstanding and to add a loco and some more Pullmans would look great
