POSTAL 2 Style HUD: Accessible

Description
POSTAL 2's UI is known for being deep red across pretty much everything. In my POSTAL 2 Style HUD I made an improvised health bar that flashes at different speeds depending on how much health you have, but even then, based on some feedback, some people understandably find it a bit troubling to track their own/teammate's health due to everything being red.
This version hopefully corrects that by deviating a bit from the POSTAL 2 artstyle, but featuring a more intuitive, tri-color health bar and number, similar to vanilla L4D2.
A bit late on this, but better late than never I guess.

Replaces the local player, teammate, weapon, survival, gas can and progress bar panels.

NOTE:
  • If you have a survivor mod that replaces the survivor incap .vmt for whatever reason, the game will say that there are conflicts and the incap panel MIGHT be bugged. In theory, even with the conflicts, everything should still function as normal but in case it doesn't, one way of fixing this is by changing the mod priority, other than that there really isn't much I can do.
  • This HUD is not guaranteed to work properly with a Steam Deck. L4D2 has specific parameters that are applied to certain UI elements when it detects that it's being played on a Steam Deck, since I do not own a Steam Deck, I am unable to check whether it looks okay or not.
