I'm assuming you already created an account on the NexusMods website and installed Vortex Mod Manager. Also, set it up to download & install Cyberpunk 2077 mods. I also assume you already know about how to use Cyber Engine Tweaks (CET) in the game. You can watch a YouTube tutorial on these.

This is only about what mods you should install to make Cyberpunk 2077 version 2 (+ DLC) more NSFW.

CAUTION: Most of mods are updated to work with v2 (+Phantom Liberty) update and some of them not but still works. You may see some artifact but by changing the appearance on those NPCs will fix that.

You can download below Appearance Menu mods on "optional files" section after downloading the main file.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to use the "Save Appearance" option to save selected appearances for each NPC. Most main NPC nude versions are available in this mod, and don't try to change appearance while in a cut-scene. (Some nude versions won't appear on the list sometime. You have to check at a different time to see if it's there or not.)

The below mods can be used as an alternative to the NPCs Gone Wild[www.nexusmods.com] and Replacement Strippers[www.nexusmods.com] mods since these mods are not updated to work with the version 2 update.

Update 001 --------------------------------------------------

If the saved appearance is not visible after some time, use ` to open CET, wait a second, and press ` again to close it. This will fix the issue. Some cut-scenes may change the appearance, and in the end, it'll go back to the saved one.

Update 003 --------------------------------------------------

This option ( [F] Put Down ) caused performance issues and instability in the game. I experienced lag and crashes when I visited V's H10 apartment area after using it. I do not recommend this option. If this happened, go back to a previous save.

Also, do not save and exit while at V's H10 apartment (or apartment building). It'll cause crashes when starting the game again since some mods use this area as the activation point.

IMPORTANT: Please read the description of each mod before downloading and installing it via Vortex mod manager, since some mods do not support Vortex installation. And some mods work best when installed manually. So, use the method those descriptions recommend.

How to update mods

Install the new version and remove the previous one after that.

Go to the specific mod page
And you can see the last updated date



Go to the "FILES" tab
Then you can see the downloaded date, uploaded date and the version.

For example, here's the Appearance Menu Mod page's files tab. In this specific case, my downloaded file is listed below the main files and the optional files as old files. In your case, you can probably find the downloaded date in the main files section. You can also see some new installation instructions there. Also, in the "DESCRIPTION" tab, you can find the update instructions.




Now you can compare the last updated date and the downloaded date. You can also compare the mod version.

@Razer - "Romance Enhanced" and "I Really Want To Stay At Your House" mods' features are now already in the game. So there's no need to download it, I think. See the mod's description to find out if it supports the new updates to the game. Most of the mods I've tested with the new update are working fine. I did a clean installation before doing that.

@Jack You're correct. That's why I added "Not required. You can skip this" to Update 002. It's just my personal preference since I only visit V's apartment. Since the same thing is happening in different settings, I added that as an alternative. Thank you for clarifying the compatibility for others.

Just wanted to let you know that the "I Really Want To Stay At Your House" mods and the "Romance Enhanced" mods are compatible and do different things so you shouldn't have to uninstall any of them and they are not really alternatives, one is for them visiting you and one is for you visiting them. Id suggest using all of them together.
