Game, Set, Master
Become the Fort Condor grandmaster.

Takes place during chapter 1.

"Fort Condor" is a new board - / mini game so far exclusive to this DLC.
The story forces you to play a tutorial match and afterwards marks all available opponents on your map. So this achievement is hard to miss.
For a pretty thorough steam guide for this achievement, including how to obtain all boards and units, refer to this one :

This mini game is actually rather easy up until playing against the current "grandmaster".
I wanted to provide this guide with a tutorial for how to beat him, and the best one I could find for this was by Ravoz, which I was able to easily replicate on my first attempt:

Turtle-tastic
Collect all the Happy Turtle flyers.

Takes place during chapter 1.

The flyers only become available for collecting, once you talked to the "Old Snapper". (The dude that can faintly be seen in the background of the screenshot below).
Talking to him is a forced interaction early on in the story, while collecting the flyers is optional.
The 6 flyers can easily be identified by a "Happy Turtle Jingle" playing in the background and therefor being displayed in the upper left corner of the screen.
They can be found at:

Materia Maven
Obtain all materia available from Shinra Box Buster challenges.

Takes place during chapter 2.

Play through the story until you're at B14. The mini game location will get marked on your map:

From there, you gonna need to beat both levels of the mini game. The "Basic Training" has a total of 30k available points, out of which you only need to obtain 20k. For the "SOLDIER Training" you need to get the max 50k points though.

I initially obtained this achievement on my first playthrough on "Normal" difficulty, and tested this again on Easy, after I leveled Yuffie to level 50 and obtained all weapon manuscripts available on Hard difficulty. I noticed zero difference between the 2 attempts, so there's no benefit in postponing this.

Hard Playthrough
This should be obvious enough, but:
"Hard" Difficulty unlocks upon finishing a playthrough of DLC on a difficulty of your choice.

This also adds a Shinra combat simulator at the very beginning of chapter 2, which you can use to easily and efficiently power level both your characters and materia.

Condor Queen
Become the Fort Condor grandmaster on Hard difficulty.

You'll have to defeat all available opponents again, each of them being a bit more difficult this time around. This shouldn't be too troublesome though. I managed to defeat all opponents, except the grandmaster, on my first try by simply playing rock-paper-scissor. Grab an ATB speed >>> board, wait for your opponent to place a unit and then use the exact counter, with a bit of improvisation when you're ahead.

One of the seemingly most successfully recreatable strategies for the grandmaster seems to be this rush method by BltzZ:

Personally, I applied the defense-only rush strategy by Ravoz (linked video for the first playthrough grandmaster in the chapter above) to the following board and won my first attempt with that strategy. I simply alternated between Armored Shock Trooper and Riot Barracks on the right path, with the occasional Blast-Ray on the left route for no other purpose than stalling the opponent's units.

There's probably lots of ways to win this though.

The Road to Revenge
Complete both chapters of INTERmission on Hard difficulty.

If you do this after the main game equivalent, you should be comfortable doing this. A "Prayer" and "Magnify" + "Healing" with 1 or 2 HP Ups per character and maxed Revival on Yuffie make you pretty much immortal.
MP is absolutely no problem since both chapters are stuffed with Shinra Boxes for MP recovery. Remember that they spawn infinitely, if you just save + reload in front of them.
"Assess" all opponents and abuse their elemental weaknesses, which is even easier this time around with Yuffie's Ninjutsu, and I'm confident you'll make your way up to the final boss with little struggle.
Also make sure to play around with the "Synergized" attacks of Yuffie and Sonon. They are pretty broken.

The final boss on Hard is an entirely different beast though. Thankfully, there's this superb strategy by akhafasu. (Used equipment and materia shown at the end):

Ultimate Weapon 2.0
Defeat the Pride and Joy Mk 0.5.

This is the 3rd and final encounter in the shinra combat simulator at the very beginning of Hard difficulty chapter 2.
If you struggle with this encounter, refer to this thorough video guide by BltzZ:

Corrupter of the Immaculate
Defeat Weiss.

The encounter with Weiss can be found at Hard difficulty chapter 17 of the main game, unlocking at the same time as DLC Hard difficulty.
If you struggle with this encounter, refer to this thorough video guide by akhafasu. (Used equipment and materia shown at the end). This fight still requires precision and skill though, so expect to invest a good number of attempts.

Regarding Materia Maven, I tried several times to complete on Soldier difficulty with no luck. Finally, I abandoned my controller and switched to KB/M, zoomed way in, and remapped the controls to how I play FPSs. A half dozen attempts later, win!

I found controlling Yuffie to be just enough easier that way to cut over a dozen seconds off my time.
