+30 to a bunch of unit stats through a custom player effect bundle

not save game compatible requires a new campaign,
sorry this is not what i aim for but three kingdoms changed a lot from previous games

they operate differently, like three kingdoms ive had to make a effect bundle, while from rome2-wh3 ive done campaign difficulty effects.
ive changed empire's upkeep before but that's it and that was a number of years ago now

packfilemanager or rpfm is what i am using (you will need to open it from: D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\1.....0 )
