an easier way into secret 11, there is a turned over table when you walk into that room. Behind the table there is a switch that raises a ramp leading up to the robocop head

Yes, I had 8 as I was leaving the level, but doubled back to look for what those transformers might've done, saw the paw print, activated the lever, and obtained the mega secret. If it counted, it shouldn't have, mega secrets are in a separate category, or should be based on the base game tracking.

Are you sure? when i was Missing 3 Secrets when i obtained the mega secret i then headed back to the end of the level then it told me i only had 2 togo

That crane is not part of the normal secrets in map 2, it's the zone's mega secret, and not counted as part of the overall tally.
