Grand Theft Auto Mod Collection, based on the games set in the 3D Universe

Mod Order is Survivor > Infected > Weapons > Pickups > Aesthetics (Menu etc) > Sounds > Music, There might be exceptions to this
Within these categories, mods are ordered by the game order:
(GTAIII / GTA3 > Vice City / VC > San Andreas /SA > Liberty City Stories / LCS > Vice City Stories / VCS)
Mods WILL clash, you will simply have to make your choices on what survivors, weapons etc. you want

Further Organization Info:
In specific character sections (eg. Nick, Ellis, Tank, Witch etc.), Protagonists to Main Characters are prioritized first (in game order) then the Peds (once again in game order).
Relevant Sounds that compilment existing model mods are included right under them in the relevant sections (Survivors, Special Infected, Weapons), some sound mods without models are also there now for good measure.

Weapon Sound Info:
With the above being said, on top of the Sound Category, you will find Weapon Sound Packs for VC and SA, you can simply pick these instead of the individual sounds (tho you'll likely hit Subscribe to All and arrange in game anyway but...), however these packs are likely made for the default gunset and therefore might not match with the weapon model mods you install, while individual sounds can fit this more, up to you to experiment with your picks, really
