Description

Replaces the default UI sounds like menu sounds, voting sounds, survival sounds and misc sounds with Vice City sound effects

I take requests (nothing too big though)

I've made a different version that has VCS menu sfx, and I think it sounds better, I also fixed some bugs that this version had.
