A super duper mega ultra realistic effect where your screen and your viewmodel shake when you shoot. Specifically it changes the roll of your eye angles and the viewmodel, then adds motion blur during the shake. Works with about every weapon or weapon base out there. Everything is configurable.

cl_screenshake_set_custom_mult - Usage: cl_screenshake_set_custom_mult shake_mult fov_push_mult weapon_class. If weapon_class isn't provided, the current weapon is used.
cl_screenshake_reset_custom_mult - Usage: cl_screenshake_set_custom_mult weapon_class. If weapon_class isn't provided, the current weapon is used.

All settings can be found in the options tab. Alternatively refer to convars starting with cl_screenshake_

Try forcing compatibility mode in the options menu. If that doesn't help, check for conflicts. Finally, if that doesn't help either - report the bug on github.
