原来弩车的器械数量固定是4台，现在它变成10台了。
同时为了匹配增多的弩车数量，我给他的工作人员和整体血量也提升了2.5倍。
相当于原版来说，单位血量没有变化，每个弩车也是10个工作人员，强度是一样的，只是整体数量增加了。

其他数据未改动。

不需要开新档，可以兼容旧档。
