The Chez Porter Homestead is located near Window Rock,in the south part of Ambarino.In the homestead,you have to get to the barn.You can do this in two ways: if you're there with weapons, you'll have to kill all enemies. If you manage to quietly kill the person guarding the barn (by means of a bow or throwing knives) you will be able to enter the barn with without problems.Hop on a ladder in the barn and climb up.There you will find a box,a jewelry bag and two packages of 50 dollars each.
