Hi hi new player on vrchat, this is a tutorial about VRChat (VRCHAT In-Game Tutorial 4 - Enable/Disable [SAFE MODE]) so you will learn how does safe mode (You can call it Panic Mode) works. What it does ? It protects you against others strangers who does crash shader, unlimited particles and your pc crash or any stuffs that you don't want this user does to you on VRChat that they are not your friend. It turns OFF everything for all Ranks except friends ranks.

How to turn ON? Press all the buttons + all Triggers on your VR (It's the same for ANY VR for pressing the buttons even i use the Original Oculus Rift). Or Shift + ESC on your computer. The message will pop-up due you enable the safe mode to be turn ON.

How to turn OFF, and it's really annoying??? Simple, try to not press everything on VR or on PC for button, (read How to turn ON? on description). It's been here for a long time because of crashers. So for disable it, you need to do MANUALLY ON/OFF for your setting on SAFETY and then, here we go you can play normally. You can do the same like me but if you prefer to see people animation, don't forget to turn ON their CUSTOM animation.
