House off the Highway

Description
Your night couldn't possibly get any worse. It's extremely late, you're lost, your car just broke down, and to top it all off your phone is completely dead. Luckily theres one house off this country highway that has their lights on. Surely whoever is home can lend you a hand.

The last thing you remember is knocking on the door and being greeted by a strange man. They offered you some hot chocolate to help warm you up. You are finally waking up to the horrifying realization that you are chained to the wall in this man's house. They seem to have stepped out. Hopefully you can find a way to escape before they come back!

** author note: This is my first map. I have been constantly updating, bugfixing, and reworking this map. I think it is in a "finalish" state.. but please give any feedback you may have. Thank you for playing! :D

For people who can't see the blood on the books, the order is How to get Away with Murder, Pink Fluffy Unicorns, Home DIY: Sound Proofing, Human Anatomy

Hi, I'm experiencing a graphical glitch where the blood does not show properly on the spines of the books. There's red marks only where the back cover meets the spine and on the pages, but not across the spine .

Nice map, I have been stuck with the books sorting, may be we could tell the order in the Walk Trought, in a video I saw it was suppose to show stain on it but there wasn't. There was some stains in the wrong sides of books in my map, make it pretty impossible to sort.

Hints seem to be insufficient. I got hard-stopped at needing a turnkey for the clock, which the hint guide uselessly told me I needed without telling me where it was .

@Terri The clue was there for me when I went to check for the potential bug. I'm not sure what the issue might be on your end but I was not able recreate the bug for myself.

I've watched walkthrough videos so I know where the clue to the piano is supposed to be sheet music under the plant pot in the corner but it is not there. I've restarted the game a few times with no luck
