Sin Reviver

Gameplay Concept
-------
Reviver can create up to 4 Sins and use them to perform offenses actions and defensive plays. Reviver needs to place the Sins for extended combos or preset traps. Reviver can gain Heaven Stacks from Sins to power of their meter to activate Sinful Mode. Control the Sins to counter your opponent and control your opponent to victory.

Normal:

Normal Slap: Quickest attack in Reviver's kit
Radiant Slash: Dashes forward to attack
Forbid Double Slash: Double Hit
Heaven Awaken: Invincible on hitting the opponent.
Foot Stomp: Low hit
Forbid Over Swing: High Guard Break
Forbid Jump Slash: Jump attack, which puts the opponent into Aerial
Fluffy Kick: Aerial
Sinful Wings: Aerial
Aerial Swing: Upswing
Aerial Down: Downswing
Whirlwind: Spin attack which allows Sin Reviver to move in any direction, with hyper armor on the first spin. On hitting the opponent, follow the opponent
Heaven Awaken Up: Invincible on hitting the opponent. Cannot use Heavens Awaken Up and Heavens Awaken Down once used until Sin Reviver lands
Heaven Awaken Down: Invincible on hitting the opponent. Cannot use Heavens Awaken Up and Heavens Awaken Down once used until Sin Reviver lands

NOTE ABOUT SPECIALS:
Reviver has 8 abilities called "Enlighten". Using any Ground Normal Attacks will activate an "Enlighten" skill, which performs an attack with a unique property and summons a Sin. This will also help with any punishment issue. The following skills corresponds with the "Enlighten" abilities

Grab > Enlighten Blessing: Recovers 60 Heaven Stacks within 30 ticks
Normal Slap > Enlighten Slap: Destroys "Fizzlable" projectiles and counters with homing projectiles. Reviver can shoot a projectile which spawns a Sin at the end of the lifetime. Can attack mid or low
Radiant Slash > Enlighten Sun: Attacks far
Heaven Awaken > Enlighten Rain: Summons a Rain Cloud above the opponent. While the opponent is under it, Reviver gains a buff to damage and hitstun. Opponents increase their blockstun by 1. Also increase Heaven Stack by 5 each tick.
Forbid Double Slash > Enlighten Double: Armored attack. Can dash.
Foot Stomp > Enlighten Dance: Teleports to attack
Forbid Over Swing > Enlighten Earthquake: Ground attack, guard break if close. Can dash but disables earthquake and Guard Break.
Forbid Jump Slash > Enlighten Angel: Teleports to aerial opponent

Summon Sin: Creates a Sin.
Surprise Attack (COST:550) : Summons a Sin on 3f, when spawn, they will attack depending on their command.
Together Now (COST:550) : The next Sin Ability can be used to attack at the same time you perform another action.

NOTE ABOUT SINS:
If a Sin is attacked, they are stun for 50 frames, 2nd hit will make them disappear
If they are too far away from their Reviver during idle, they will disappear.
Lose 200 heaven stacks when a Sin disappears, only if Heaven Stack is above 1000

Follow: Control 1 Sin to follow either Reviver or opponent
Sin Forward Slash: Quick attack! RANGE 40
Sin Big Slash: Pushes opponent either up, down, or mid. Can hit OTG on bottom hitbox RANGE 30
Sin Multi Slash: For multi hit attack. If blocked, it will interrupt RANGE 5
Sin Shield: Blocks hittable projectile and fires a projectile RANGE 15

Super:
--------
Lead To Rebel: COST 1: Follow command but for multiple sins
Forsaken Wind: COST 2 Charges spin attack towards opponent for 45 frames. Must be hit or blocked 2 times before interrupted
Sin Block: COST 2: Moves Sin to block (RANGE:10). Blocking starts on 4f and ends at 11f. If blocking next to Reviver, Reviver gains hyper armor. Will counter if hit. Anything projectiles which are "fizzable" in it's hitbox will be converted into homing projectiles. Grabbing Reviver will unblock the Sin.
Heaven Pride Sky Drown: COST 3: Giant aerial attack
Heaven Envy Nectars Hope: COST 3: Reviver and Sin 4 frame switch and Sin will explode. Reviver will recovery instantly
Revive The Sins: COST 3: Reviver creates baby Sins. On hitting the opponent, getting hit and parried, it creates a Sin.
Wings of Protection: COST 2: Reviver can repel the opponent
Sinful mode: When Reviver Heaven Stack meter is max, Reviver can enter "Sinful Mode". During Sinful Mode, damage is increased, all “Enlighten” attacks (excluding Blessing) can be used without conditions, and Reviver can perform an attack while controlling the Sins at the same time. Sinful Mode lasts for 44 to 400 ticks. Sinful Mode timer goes down faster depending on the lack of Sins on the field. Make sure you have all 4 out before activating the mode for max output. You cannot summon Sins during this mode except by "Revive The Sin"

Defense:
----------
Sin Step: Cost 300 Heaven Stacks. Dashes forwards. Immune to projectile on 2f to end. Projectile Immune lingers for 7 ticks
Help Me: If OTG, switches places with a Sin and they will explode
Talk: Now has interactions towards certain characters. Choose Blue for kid personality, and Red for logical personality. Some interactions may trigger the 3rd personality.

Story:
-------

Reviver is the newest reincarnation of the creator “The Queen”, with the same image as the original creator’s last child. The creator's purpose is to create a world to their image. Each creator wishes to also involve their own Sins which represent the creator’s children in their plans. Their Sins mean no harm, yet with the power they possess humanity feared and destroyed them. This caused the creator grief and began to seek revenge upon what they created.
Each timeline, each creator followed the same process and was defeated by either the hero of that timeline, or by the Record Future.
Reviver had different plans for their creation. They would not create a world with humanity, but a world only for their and other Sins. Their creation will all look the same with an image of a fluffy angel creature, so every Sin would be equal. The Reviver's only fear is if anyone invades their world and does them harm.

Personality:
--------

Two personalities come from Reviver. If Reviver is interacting with a Sin, their bowtie will turn blue, showing the personality of a child, who just wants to have fun or sleep. Yet otherwise, the bowtie will turn red, showing Reviver’s logical side, which keeps the world maintained. Reviver is a caution child which doesn’t trust anyone but the Sins around them. Their Sins share the same feeling as the Reviver, in which case whatever Reviver feels or thinks is also what the Sins feel and think.

Record Future: Reviver fears the Record Future, as Record Future is the destroyer of most corrupt creators. Reviver will not hesitate to strike first if Record Future appears in their world.
The Dungeon: (no relation as of yet)
Space Jester: Space Jester reveals the timelines of each of the creator's destruction to Reviver. This raises Reviver’s paranoia, which was Space Jester’s intent for entertainment.
Weapon Dancer: Reviver sees the Weapon Dancer's partner as another them, which conflicts their thoughts of the world around them. Also Weapon Dancer makes a lot of attempts to adopt them
Immortal Flame: Reviver has a memory of him. Something deep like they had known him for a long while.
Chaotic Queen: Reviver sees them as their mother past self, but knows she’s filled with hate and evil.

I want to like this one but the 30s usual turn limit lobbies have make it just a "throw random attacks in response" character as it's impossible to actually toggle through all moves and directions, normalize 45s lobbies minimum (still too short for this one though).

the idea is amazing but the power of Sin being able to attack anyone even if they wait 10 frames on the other side of the screen is painful. Maybe reduce the speed the summons can reach during neutral. Make the sin require to follow or something like that or have momentum so you need to setup their movement and have them attack during movement.

Like, literally don't listen to anyone who says otherwise. People who ever lose to this guy are unable to play or smth. I played as and against Sin Reviver. He is so pathetic that he may be the weakest character on workshop, as of now. Minus meme characters.

This character is VERY weak. All moves are slow af, takes too much damage, almost all attacks can be parried by any other attack
It desperately needs a buff
