I remember years and years ago i bought a quicksilver 1070 (most beautiful card ever made) and it's so cool to see it can run modern games still! (i had it OC to 2.1ghz core and was soo soo proud lollll) personally not a big fan of FSR / DLSS on 1080p.. neither on 1440p really, actually to me it only looks ''sharp'' using it @4K, and even then it's game dependant, like in witcher 3 next gen edition DLSS quality looks insane combined with Framegen @4k using a rtx 4090 getting 80/100 fps, (40fps Native MAX) but then u get other games and the imagine is so soft.. like someone smeared butter on my screen lol

Ultra perf fsr over 1080p ? So you are running your game internally at 360p. That's really not a lot.

Try not using the latest nvidia drivers, or use STUDIO DRIVERS.
