Description
A collection of items I've converted from FFXIV to be used in House Flipper. This started simply because I wanted more tall trees to use in my yards and then I just kinda kept going.

This collection is all garden plants.

Be sure to check items' descriptions for any special instructions or notes if you have trouble.


These conversions have been made using a combination of FFXIV TexTools, 3DS Max, Photoshop CC, and the House Flipper Workshop Exporter.
