9 new perk list ( Everything else perk is old ):

6. Gain FreeMove after making a DualShot .
7. Reduced Accuracy penalty when Dual-Wielding Firearms . Inspired to fight against all odds. Gains Action Points and Accuracy.Reduce DualShot 1AP ( 9. Ambidextrous also has Reduce 1AP effect . ) When used together with Ambidextrous , reduce DualShot 3AP , Further reduced Accuracy penalty when Dual-Wielding Firearms. Dual-Wielding Epic Enhancement !
8. Bonus damage for each Bleeding or Marked enemy in sight .
9. All Operations undertakes are completed approximately faster.Permanently increase 3AP and 10% hit rate .
