Fully Customizable Timed C4

This mod adds, oddly enough, C4 (+ defuse kit) with FULL customization of the timer, sounds, explosion and so on. It is possible to defuse the bomb or disable the reaction to EMP and the defuse kit.

I've been missing a mod like this for a long time, so I made it myself.

Default settings:
- Sounds volume = 1
- Timer time = 8
- Explosion radius = 16
- Explosion force = 32
- Ballistic shrapnel count = 0
- Dismember chance = 0
- Enabled EMP hit disarming
- Enabled defuse kit disarming
