Dont use this mod it needs to be updated alot of stuff from roads to power doesnt work with this and the game becomes laggy

I think it's because the mod is missing a segment added when the Plagues DLC was added.

disables legitimacy gain from funerals

I tried this mod with LOTR: Realms in Exile, and it makes the AI so much more competent. Now that they aren't wasting all their wealth on 400 gold parties, they can actually afford to build up their holdings and recruit decent men-at-arms. Sauron (who does not have activities) went from conquering Gondor in 15 years to becoming Aragorn's piggy-bank with no input from me.

Is it possible to make for player only?

When inside 00_activity_values.txt, look for the variable standard_activity_base_cost.
