This Mod does not work with any other mod that changes the Subject_Types folder

You can probably test it by going to 1821 and observing for 30 years and looking if GB is behind on dip tech because of india vassals

@BigChris0169 from what I have observed I believe it does work for the AI but, I don't know an accurate way to test it.
