There is no option to skip unseen text like most visual novels, but you can use an auto-clicker to speed through it faster if you wish. With an auto-clicker it will take a couple minutes to get all the achievements. Without one will be around 8-10 minutes. (Note: You can still skip text you have seen already with the left CTRL key)

Walkthrough

First things first, before starting a new game.
Go into Options and turn Nude Mode to On. This is for an achievement to play the whole game with it enabled.

If you didn't get the "My Darling Flower" achievement:
Just try to accomplish all other achievements first, then quit the game, open it, change the settings to "Naked/Nude" ON, and go through the whole game pressing "CTRL", pick any options until you reach the end and you should get the achievement

Flicked the nude bean in options a few times and ran it again. Maybe it just didn't register i had it off for some reason. Thanks for helping out.

I had the same trick, I only got it by starting a new game making sure nude mode was enabled. But yeah, the achievements all come off when you do that.
