Description
Adds a flag for the Angevin Empire using the same style as the mod WappenWiki Flags For Europa Universalis IV.

The historic Angevin coat of arms is used to differentiate it from England's CoA (the quartered fleur-de-lis and three lions), and because this was the CoA of the Kings of England at the time of the original 'Empire' (the way round that vanilla does it is just flat-out wrong, and a quick glance at Wikipedia will tell anyone that).

Ironman compatible!
