Opis
Adds a Historic Spawn Dates advanced Gameoption and 2 True Start Earth Maps (Giant and Standard). When enabled, Civilizations will spawn at predetermined game years (700 years before their leader is born) at their real world origin on an earth map. (If the advanced gameoption is enabled/TSL map is selected.) The latest any civ will spawn in is Turn 120.

Taken out of Stones to Stars with the addition of the Standard sized map because it's wayyy faster. Intended for use with BNW or Il Principe.

If using with Il Principe (haven't decided if will include in next version or take out of StS and keep in same category of mods as 202N/EaS/Holy Days; compatible with BNW/EA+StS/Il Principe) make sure to delete this mod's DLL, or bad things will ensue.

Compatible with all of my custom civs. Eight new Asian City-States have been added to balance the Firaxis Eurofocus. Bonus observer mode option when starting TSL maps.

Gedemon's Historical Spawn Dates/YnAEMP exist, but HSD never worked for me, and I wanted my own version of TSL earth for customization purposes, and because it had a bit too many maps to go back and find spawn points for every single one of my civs for.

Also shoutout to Rhye, who made the original Rhye's and Fall, which the civ 6 devs clearly loved enuf to coopt the name of. If you didn't know, he's working on RaF for Civ 5[forums.civfanatics.com] which I've contributed code towards, go check that out! (v92 was just released a few days ago.)

Issues:
it says "Processing Turn for Korea" (the nation im playing) at all times at the bottom of the screen

When I go to discuss with another leader the options are a stack of
"Perhaps we can offer you something to keep this from getting out of hand." repeated eight times, then "If you're smart, you'll stay away from me"
and then "I hope our friendship remains strong" (even if you're neutral or at war)
and lastly the usual let us discuss another leader button.
Selecting any of these options instantly declares a surprise war on them lol

and the diplomacy tab now just displays Washington (I selected all the civs at the start of the game and america wasn't one) says their status is that theyre on Team 1 and their Power (????) is MIDDLING.

Never mind I managed to kill them with a bit of save reloading but you best make it so city state start locations cant overlap

uh city states seem to be able to spawn on top of each other and even build their cities on the same tile which does all SORTS of wacky stuff to the game. trying to kill either or both city states with IGE just breaks IGE (IGE.CityBanner.lua:172: attempt to index local 'city' (a nil value)) and the offending city states come back the next turn.

This was Singapore and Malacca occupying the same hex btw, with only Malacca able to be interacted with
