More Plate Options [Updated & balanced]

Description
This mod is a merge of More Plate Options [Updated] and Alternative Plate Jacket Model

Also, this mod gives some rebalance for More plate options. Now the plate jacket's white, iron and black versions have a gradient and highly vanilla-like statistic of dex and stealth.

More plate option changes the vanilla plate statistics (for example, white plate jacket dex95% ->90%), and it kind of making dark plate set more powerful than the white set and the iron-colored set.
