How To Install Mods For Timberborn

Enhance your Timberborn experience with mods! Follow these quick steps to get started.

Super Short Version

Download BepInExPack from here[mod.io].

Extract and copy BepInExPack files to the Timberborn directory.

Open the game then close it.

Download Mod Manager from here[mod.io], extract it, and put it in the Timberborn > BepInEx > Plugins folder.

Open Timberborn, go to "Mod Manager" in the main menu, and install your preferred mods.

Restart the game, and enjoy your mods!

Step 1. Installing BepInExPack

First, go to https://mod.io/g/timberborn/m/bepinexpack and download the latest version of BepInExPack.

After downloading, extract the BepInExPack files.

Copy all the extracted files and paste them into your Timberborn directory.

Step 2. Installing Mod Manager

Following the previous steps, open Timberborn.

Once you reach the main menu, close the game.

Now, download Mod Manager from here[mod.io].

After downloading, extract the Mod Manager file.

Paste the extracted Mod Manager file into the "plugins" folder within your Timberborn directory.
Timberborn > BepInEx > Plugins - (\Steam\steamapps\common\Timberborn\BepInEx\plugins).

Step 3. Enjoy Your Mods

Open your Timberborn game.

In the main menu, you should now see a new tab for "Mod Manager."

Click on "Mod Manager" to access it.

Browse through the available mods and click "install" on the ones you like.

Restart your game, and you're all set! Enjoy your mods in Timberborn!

Game seems to crash a bit recently so I suggest only installing a small amount of mods till its fixed.

Installed everything by the book. Found some cool mods to try out, downloaded and enabled them. However I don't see them in game. How do I "activate" the mods with in the game??????

Hey just a heads up to be clear the extracted mod manager folder goes into the BepInEX\Plugins directory that is now in the timberborn directory. this part was left out
