Instruction
Official Website — https://7-zip.org — Download and Install 7-Zip if you haven't already done so.

The functionality of the 7-Zip archiver allows you to open the BSP map file as an archive and unpack the content embedded in the map.

Open the directory with the game on the Source engine. Example:

Main folder with official game maps:
Steam → SteamApps → common → Team Fortress 2 → tf → maps

Folder for downloading custom maps from the game's custom servers:
Steam → SteamApps → common → Team Fortress 2 → tf → download → maps

Second-click on any BSP map file, and then select: 7-Zip → Open Archive → # (grid):

This way you can open the map as an archive and extract the embedded content:

Open the 2.zip archive inside the BSP map file to see and unpack the packaged content.

Select the files you want to unzip and extract them from the archive to your desktop or other directory.

Note:
7-Zip will only help you extract the files from the BSP map file.

To pack content into a BSP map file, you need the following programs: Pakrat or VIDE.
