Yeah, I got the model from the official website. And here's how to transfer models to gmod you can see in the intrenet, I'm not a teacher here and teach someone there do not want to and will not.

In the official NIKKE page there are MMDs models for some chracters, between them being rapi, did you get this model from there? if so, how did you export it to GMod?

I didn't read what you wrote correctly, so I'll answer it correctly now. The question is “how did you manage to port her as a pm?”, I may not understand what you mean, but I kinda do port models and just did it with this model like I did with others.
