Is this compatible with Shallow Storage?

this mod causes empty shelves to appear white no matter what material used

dutchman, appearantly an only child, certainly cant make you a better version- but he does like to bash people, which is a terrible practice.
also just ordinary player here, but i think this beeing a patch wouldnt actually have advantages.
"PatchOperationReplace" would do the same thing the mod does anyway, and im not sure if "PatchOperationAdd" would even make sense, despite using those would require you to rewrite the entire thing i think.. and since the def names dont change, any patch loading after this should totally work. you could add "MayRequire="random.mod" for additional things if you want to support more then this one mod

It's not just practice, I'm just an ordinary player who encountered a feature that couldn't be implemented in the game, so I attempted to create it myself. If you can, please make a better version.

These arent patches, you're just overwriting the defs. Which is terrible practice...

Okay, false alarm here. It seems like LWM's Deep Storage had a bad update, which has since been rolled back. Verifying game cache, and thus forcing the mod to update the correct version, seems to have fixed the issue. Sorry for bothering you, it just didn't occur to me to check upstream for problems at first.

Update: I've also loaded an earlier save, to test whether it might be related to my specific combination of research mods (I was worried that perhaps completing a research project might have somehow broken storage usage.) I can replicate the behavior on old saves, by dumping things out of storage and telling my pawns to pick them up, and they are just as unable to put things in baskets and boxes as in my current saves.

I'm having an issue where pawns don't seem to be able to use storage objects at all, any more. The objects are constructed, have capacity, and they're set to "Allow all," but the pawns refuse to hail them to the storage objects, saying "There is no empty, configured space in which to store it." They were able to use them earlier in the playthrough; I was using a food basket for a while (tribal start.) Basic zones also still work. But something appears to have been changed which completely breaks functionality, and I have no idea how I would even begin to diagnose this in detail. Is there anywhere I should send a modlist, or a player log? I'm also willing to test things if it gets the issue fixed. I'm using 1.4, but I've sorted my modlist as you've explained here, using the updated versions of Medieval Overhaul and Processor Framework.
