Looking at the def's, I originally thought it's a typo, Ranger suffers +50% to aiming speed, which makes the precept pawns worse both at melee and aiming? Was this a typo? Because you note that this makes aiming "faster", but same goes with militant precept, however there you reduce aiming speed, which actually makes aiming faster.
Also, for militant and ranger, the percentages are -25% and +50% yet both are supposedly making aiming time faster?
