This is also a small map but still relatively bigger than my last one, gm_firingrange. It features 4 "barricaded" windows and a locked door that was supposed to be breakable but it didn't work so the windows are your only option.
The house itself is trashed, has a bunch of papers and random trash clusters all over the floor, a broken TV, some beer next to a couch, random bills all over the couch, and a few money pallets which are assumed to be printed and/or stolen.
I made sure not to put any ragdolls or NPCs as to let anyone place their own custom ones in there with AI disabled.

By the way, the guns in the truck aren't able to be picked up.
