MOTHER QR code locations

All 11 QR codes, Includes Disc Jockey achievement.

MOTHER 01 E1M1

Note: All mother QR codes are gold and award achievements, any blue codes you may find throughout your playthrough do not.


Go up this lift and turn around, you will see some Asian signs.


Wall run along the chain fence on the left and follow it to the end for the first code.

MOTHER 02 E1M2

Right above the DJ set.
Note: You can unlock The Disc Jockey achievement here in this area.

DISC JOCKEY E1M2

Switch on the power just behind the DJ set.

Press the button on the decks.

MOTHER 03 E1M3

When you get to the rooftops and see these two billboards, jump onto the lowest one.


Jump across to the next building, or you can wall run across the billboard shown to the right in this screenshot.


Its right there next to a shotgun.

MOTHER 04 E1M4

When you get to this curved wall and a red container, you will see an opening in the fence.


Jump and wall run across to the next buildings rooftop.


Its inside the hut.

MOTHER 05 E1M5

Right after the boat ride you need to shotgun jump and wall run to get on top of the bridge.


Run around to the left and you will find this code.

MOTHER 06 E2M1

In the first big room with some enemies.


Wall run on the left wall and jump on to this platform.

MOTHER 07 E2M2

In the first big room after the 4 Berserkers.


Jump onto this ledge next to the door with the keypad.
Note: Jumping onto the ledge isn't necessary, but it could make it easier for some.


Shotgun jump to this platform.


Then shotgun jump to this platform for this code.

MOTHER 08 E2M3

In the room with the train.

Note: It is not necessary to open the blast doors and raise the train container to get this, as it can be obtained by shotgun jumping and wall running from the opposite side of the room although you will have to do this anyway to progress the level. Thanks to MageBruh in the comments.


Open the blast doors and clear the enemies in the area to raise the container above the train.



Shotgun jump to this light fixture.


Jump around onto the orange hanging monitor.

MOTHER 09 E2M4

Continue through the level until the first open area.


Shotgun jump or wall run to the first pipe to the left just as you enter the area.


Follow the pipes to the end.

MOTHER 10 E3M1

Continue the level and disable the fans.


Wall run across the red walls and jump down to your right.


Code is at the end of this platform.

MOTHER 11 E3M2

Continue through the level and after the boss man speaks to you.


Shotgun jump / wall run to the top of one of the two big towers.
I picked the right tower.


Jump to the closest platform at the top.


Wall run to the 4th platform for the last QR code.

Thanks for this guide, I found there's an easier way to do E2M3 though, no need to raise the container!
On the side of the train room where there's a window to the lever, jump on the platform to the left of the window.
Turn right, move forward a bit, then turn right again. You'll see this large chunk hanging from the ceiling with red lights.
Shotgun-jump to the right-side of this fixture, then double-jump to the set of floating screens on the right.

Make sure you have enough shotgun ammo for number 11 and time your wall run jumps on the 4 platforms as they are quite spaced out.
