getting it via achievement engineer v4
go to achievement engineer v4 and type in the console "enable" it will show that the command did not work, if it happens your good. Then type in "make_instagold" if it shows that its unrecognized your almost there. LASTTTTT you type in the console "quit unavailable trades" <-- this will allow you to get the pan to trade for you for absolute free, just wait about 10 seconds, youll get it after the seconds.
