Description

Image Stickers - Internet pictures attached to entities

Image Stickers allow you to place Imgur-hosted images anywhere in the world.

They can be found in the "Fun & Games" entity category. To use them, right click on them in the context menu.

Features

Images can be parented to props, vehicles, etc..
Fully scalable, can be scaled while maintaining aspect ratio or be wider/taller
Supports transparent images
Supports additive & translucent rendering modes
Supports images glowing in the dark
Images can be colored like any other entity using the Color tool.
Can be saved with the Duplicator or Advanced Duplicator tools
Wiremod Expression 2 EGP:egpMaterialFromScreen() support
Shrinkwrap images onto objects & the world (experimental)

Images can only be hosted on Imgur.com to avoid abuse. This list may expand in the future, but it is a low priority.

This addon is not in the best state, I'll try to get back to it at some point soon. Imgur being blocked in the UK was not expected... just need to find/make a URL whitelist I'd be confident in

i live in the uk and they banned imgur on there and this just breaks the entire addon

Getting a consistent LUA error that keeps lagging my server

[Image Stickers - Internet pictures attached to entities] lua/entities/image_sticker.lua:430: attempt to call method 'CreateImage' (a nil value)
1. onsuccess - lua/entities/image_sticker.lua:430
2. unknown - lua/includes/modules/http.lua:29 (x2)

We have alot of image stickers on the map and its causing massive slow down at random times. it gets better when multiple people are online though, but if only 1 person is online there are massive lag spiked every 45sec (goes from 230fps to 12-15 for second, freezes, then goes back up)
We tried just one sticker but even just one caused the issues
