⠀Wanted for various Gallente Federal Republic real estate fraud crimes, making false accusations against the Caldari Government and tax-evasion, making hush money payments to porn stars while in Amarr Empire space, making sexual advances towards several Sisters of Eve, CSM 18 voter fraud and rigging of voter machines, impersonating an ISD volunteer, attempting to bribe a CCP official, attempted kidnapping of a GM staff member, spamming local with misinformation, starting riots and attempted takeover of Jita Trade Station using a hired Minmatar biker gang, hacking and attempting to manipulate the Eve Market, racketeering PLEX scams for Omega status, flying his sooped-up Victorieux Luxury Yacht in the left express lane of InterBus expressways at sub-light speeds with his left turn light flashing during rush hour while talking on his cell phone and selling lousy t-shirts with a picture his likeness made from child slave force labor camps in Indonesia. Also suspected for funding the destruction of Tranquility Trading Tower and the GoonSwarm attacks on player stations in Perimeter.

Currently, he is desperate and on the run somewhere in Minmatar space, trying to sell his t-shirts to new pilots, mostly hanging out at the starter and career systems as he somehow keeps evading our agents sent after him - he is flying a yacht purchased from us.

⠀Wanted being the Most Diabolically Evil Man In Eve, assassination of several political rivals, the invasion of New Ukraine, placing bombs on InterBus passenger transport ships just to eliminate one of his rogue generals, mass-production of weapons of mass destruction, the creation and attempted use of a planetary doomsday device, attacking NATO resulting in WW3 which nearly resulted in the near mass-extinction of all of humankind with global nuclear wars, false imprisonment of international citizens and sports heroes for exchange of war criminals, illegal genetic experimentation and torture of Sisters of Eve to create an army of cloned Super Soldiers, and many, many other crimes against humanity including riding a horse without a Western shirt and cowboy hat. It is also suspected he is the secret leader of GoonSwarm.

Current location is completely unknown - any confirmable information on this individual will be greatly rewarded.

⠀More than an general annoyance, this man is wanted for the HiSec Suicide Ganking of many innocent beginner Eve Miners just trying to make a living in Eve and laughing insanely in local chat afterwards while live streaming it all on Twitch. Also a known low-level member of CODE and suspected of bot purchasing & hording PLEX for funding for his illegal activities.

Last seen in Uedama system in The Forge region but can be spotted flying nearly anywhere in HiSec especially Caldari space.
