Overview
Doom Snapmap is a level editor which you can create your very own doom levels. Only like 4 people on the entire damn planet play snapmap now, I really want this to change. I want the snpamap community to be bustling with snapmap creators and players, not a baron wasteland (pun intended).
This guide is to be used so you can support the snapmap community to build actual maps again, rather than "made for trophy" maps that have 0 significance at all.

1. Build your next map with inspiration.
Remember the old days when maps where really good and was story-rich, action-packed and was clearly made with thought? Play one of the featured maps and see what I mean, then you can make your own map and take the cool aspects from the featured map and build it into YOUR map. If you got a cool idea in mind, go for it!

There can be other sources of inspiration for your map aswell, including movies, real-life and other games. Good examples of this is the map where the first mission of HALO: Combat Evolved was remade into snapmap, you know the one i'm talking about.
2. Spread Awareness
Spread awareness that you and other creators have read this guide and are creating and new generation of snapmaps. You can spread the word through social media e.g. Youtube. You can also spread awareness through the description of your map.

The purpose of this is so more people, old and new, start pouring into snapmap to play your map, and maybe make their own aswell.
3. If people like your map, try making more.
Keep making snapmaps if your previous map was a big success. This will keep your fans engaged in your content and hopefully be inspired to make more snapmaps like yours. If you decide to build a multi-level campaign, you will potentially keep your fans engaged for longer.
Conclusion
Doom snapmap is a lonely desert, littered with the ruins of civilisation, by that I mean all the great old maps being simply lost in time. It is about time that we changed this.

Thank you for reading my cool guide (:
