Turn Off Texture Smoothing

You want to play with pixelated textures instead of the muddy/blurry ones but turning off texture smoothing doesn't work?
Here's how to fix it.

Just change the graphics Api

Simply change the Graphics Api in Options>Display>Open Video Settings and change it from Vulcan to D3D11 then restart the game (if it doesn't help make sure that you tuned off the texture smoothing)
Now the textures should be crispy and pixelated
