Replaces the menu sounds with the menu sounds of the Resident Evil 4 Remake

I'm going to upload a lot of sound related menu addons.

Ouu this seems cool, I might experiment with this later though I am worried it may conflict with MGS sounds overhaul as that touches the menu too. But it might override it. Interesting... I am building a survival horror tactical, stealth realism sort of collection in terms of it's themes. So this is gonna go in there until I test it! Nice mod!
