But to summarize what I have noticed through gameplay is that bots fail to prioritize actions around tanks (Dealing with infected, picking up teammates, etc).
Other issues are that bots tend to walk towards a charger pinning a teammate as if to shove it off, which isn't possible, bots that fell way behind and got downed/pinned are still prioritized by bots, so they will abandon you so far ahead to save them - ALL of them at once. My last nitpick is that in running events (Is crescendo the word? Yknow, when you trigger an alarm and have to run to turn it off) bots won't back up if they need to deal with infected ahead. They'll just stop in place and push off what they need to, which doesn't always work out.
Is there a way to make them better ? ("Advanced bots ai" is better against tanks but not customizable)
