Step 1: Understand "doctor sex" (mainly the doctor part)

Doctor sex is an online meme that originated from the hit 2007 valve game, Team Fortress 2. Following Half-Life 2 and coming out with the Orange Box with Portal, TF2 was an immediate success among valve, shooter game, and casual game fans as the game's almost cartoonish style gave everything an almost dark sense of humor to it. One of the initial 9 classes released in TF2 was the Medic, A German medical practitioner hailing from Stuttgart, Germany. The medic's personality is often portrayed as the equivalent of a mad scientist, and is revealed that he has lost his medical license in Meet the Medic and sold the rest of the merc's souls in the TF comics.

Team Fortress 2 has had it's fair share of memes, especially involving sex. One of the first origins of the doctor sex meme can be found as the form of a Youtube video listed here:

Along with the most popular image depicted with the meme, we are also presented with a 15.ai voice of the Scout voicing the lines in the image, ending with a 15.ai voice of the medic saying the infamous line of "doctor sex," accompanied by the main riff in "MEDIC!" which was produced by the valve studio orchestra. The 15.ai voice of scout is played over a player know as "Mitch4ce" which was with the original doctor sex on what seems to be a TF2 payload race map known as hightower on the community created mode TF2X10.

Step 3: Become doctor sex

Step 1: Create a Steam Account
Step 2: Name it "doctor sex" (All lowercase)
Step 3: Install Team Fortress 2
Step 4: Play Medic (press 7)
Step 5: Queue up for casual (preferably hightower)
Step 6: Press "T" and type "doctor sex" (You need a premium account on steam/tf2)
