Good TF2 Community Servers *2023*

There is a lot of good TF2 Community servers. This is just a decent length list of some of the best servers (GIF not mine).

Intro

Why create this guide?


This guide is intended to make new players discover the great thing called "Community servers". Also to for old players to discover new servers because they haven't touched grass then, so why now?

Plus, some of these servers are hard to find so why not make it easier?

Jailbreak Servers

In TF2 Jailbreak reds are prisoners and blu's are cops. Every server has different rules, which you can find their rules by going to their Discord, going into the game and typing "!rules", or instead of "!rules" do "/Rules".[/u]

BBGFreddy210HillJB: 74.91.112.244:27016 (Currently Closed will come back)
This is the only Jailbreak server out of the entire list I played for than an hour. It doesn't have days very often (Hunger games day, cell war day, etc). Most of the rules is very simple but a couple is hard to remember. Honestly, I would say this is a pretty good start to Jailbreak. (This server was created by the YouTuber Freddy210Hill). In this server you type "!rules" when in the game to read the rules.






Panda-Community JB: 193.38.251.14:27015

This server is pretty much known for days (Along with Wonderland.TF). The rules from what I've seen also seem mostly simple but I haven't read half of them. I do not know much about Panda except most FreddyHillJB fans hate it for some reason. (Probably because of the days and the lack of rules for blu's).

To be honest, I never even heard of it until today. It is a pretty big server and seems nice. But, it seems to be pretty much just like any other Jailbreak just with weird features. (EDIT: I've tried playing for a while and it is good for people starting jailbreak.)

There is a lot of other Jailbreaks but I couldn't find their IP's

If you can find Wonderland.TF it is a lot like Panda from what I've heard. I don't know much about the other Jailbreaks so feel free to try them too!

Surf/Surfing Servers

These are more sliding on the edge of a platform surfs not so much the surfs in real TF2. There is servers for practicing strafes too like circle strafes, bhopping, and stuff like that. But this list is just for surfing.

Deathrun Servers

I'm going to quickly explain Deathrun for players who never played games with a Deathrun.
Basically you run through an area where there is traps and someone (or a group of people) makes the traps go off and try to kill the people going through. If you make it to the end as a player you win. If you are the button presser and you kill everyone you win.

I tried my best to not do anything you can find easily on the front page of community servers but I just decided to add Class Wars last minute.

Uncletopia Servers

Uncletopia is created by the YouTuber "Uncle Dane" the Uncletopia servers has become so famous even people who don't know him play the servers. It is a lot like Casual TF2 but with some changes. The servers are often filled with tryhards but not everyone there is.

Weird Servers

There is like 100's at this point but I don't know all 5 million of them so here is three.
I will not give any context on what these servers are like.

Friendly Servers

There is a bunch of friendlies in servers with 2fort (Both casual and community servers) but these two servers seem to always have players as of right now. The first one also has tons of cool mods and maps too!

LazyPurple’s Silly server: 192.223.26.238:27015 (Has cool mods) (also it does have it's own community. It also is created by a Youtuber "Lazy purple" but I think you don't need to know the Youtuber.)

Trading servers

Just like everyone else I also enjoy being scammed with trades! There is like a 100 of these servers that are empty 24/7. But these servers are never empty!

Probably worth mentioning that these server providers usually seem to have a website where you can see an overview of all their servers, not just one or two server IP's

You can just ignore those two, just some people I saw had trouble finding those two types of servers. But, I can see why you don't like them. They are entirely different from the rest of the servers.
