PAC3 Anthro/Furry Cat alt version

Alternate version of my last dupe with some big changes:
- no sensitive content, now it's more SFW
- different color scheme
- bonus: a collar with jiggle parts for the bell

For players, props and ragdolls.

This dupe does not contain any NSFW parts

How to use:
Spawn the dupe, change its owner to "self", save it in PAC3.
Important to use on the default Alyx model, otherwise it will look incorrect.
You can drag the "body" group out Alyx model and delete the model, as it's there specifically for use on props
You can also use this pac's arms for first person

Features:
Fully customizable, eyelids and jaw can be moved

Bugs:
Fingers will appear on the ground when they're children of a character model with alpha set to 0 if the model is in an outfit on a prop. Set character model alpha to 0.01 and shrink its head to 0.25
